Talent Search hosted two events in the first week of August 2023: Senior Kickoff and 6th Grade Skate Night. Our Senior Kickoff allowed rising seniors to participate in discussions on college applications, financial aid, financial literacy, and other topics related to the college admissions process. Representatives from the Notre Dame Admissions and Financial Aid Offices, Credit Union 1, 21st Century Scholars, and Talent Search staff provided information. There was also a parent Q & A session, where parents could ask their own questions to Notre Dame Admissions and Finacial Aid staff. Thanks to the Admissions & Financial Aid staff who came over to present! The 6th Grade Skate Night allowed our new participants an opportunity to come out for a fun night of food, music, and skating. Parents were invited to stay and skate along with their child. This was an opportunity for students and parents to meet the staff in an informal setting.
